How To Lubricate Metal Plate Bending Machine?

When the rolling machine is in use, if there is a problem of wear and gear, we should think about whether it is lack of maintenance. At this time, we need to add some lubricating oil to it, so that it can better achieve the lifting effect in operation. This is also an effective method, so how do we need to add it in the process of use? 1. Each lubrication point is sufficiently lubricated before the rolling machine is started; 2. The gearbox should be replaced with new oil after 300 hours of use, and once every 3 to 6 months; 3. When the machine is working continuously, the manual lubrication point is once every 8 hours; 4. The lubricating oil is clean, meets the standard, and must not allow impurities to be mixed; 5. All sliding mating surfaces should be kept clean, and the oxide scale dust generated in the production process should be removed in time to prevent early wear of parts; 6. Manually lubricate the machine with 3# calcium-based grease or lithium-based grease.
